03Understand the outcome

An explanation grounded in the measured result, available after both engines finish.

Data, constraints and verification

Compare time and quality together. Quantum-inspired is classical computation, not quantum hardware. Neither heuristic is guaranteed to win.

Technical data

Both engines receive the same QUBO. Three runs per engine, concurrent isolated processes. The displayed time is the sum of solver calls; warm-up, Meta API and network latency are excluded. Full request time is shown separately.

Dense benchmarks: CPU 8 reads × 200 sweeps; GPU 128 agents × 1,000 steps. These are different algorithms and budgets, not equal-work experiments.

Examples are synthetic. User JSON is validated before execution. Downloaded results include seeds, versions, device evidence and the problem hash. Large examples have no proven optimum.
